Shipping Information

Shipping Days

• All shipments will be sent out Monday of each week.  If weather conditions are unfavorable, shipping will take place on the first day it is safe to ship.  

Shipping Options

• Live Animal Express Shipping- Live animals are shipped with FedEx and UPS, We charge a flat rate of $50.00 to ship live animals, that includes packaging and hot or cold packs as necessary.  The is overnight shipping and is the only option that comes with a Live Animal Guarantee (see details below).  

• Live Animal Shipping- Live animals are shipped at a flat rate of $25.00 that includes packaging and hot or cold packs as necessary.  This shipping averages 1-3 days depending on the location and does NOT come with a Live Animal Guarantee.  

• Dry Goods Shipping- All cages, supplies, etc are shipped at a flat rate of $15.00. The shipping averages 2-3 days. This shipping option is not available for live animals.  

• Pick-up- The option to pick up animals at a Repticon show is available free of cost.  Please email info@theexotickingdom.com to verify which shows will have the pick-up option available.  Payment is required in advance on all pick-up orders and notes with the show location should be added during check-out.

Live Animal Guarantee

• All animals sent via Express shipping will have a live animal guarantee and any animal dead on arrival (DOA) will be refunded or replaced. The following conditions apply in order to receive the refund, replacement or store credit:

• info@theexotickingdom.com must receive an email within 24 hours of arrival with notification of the status of the animal.

• a photo with a pin through the animal must be sent with the email

• any communications received outside of the 24 hour window will not be eligible for refund, replacement or store credit

• all shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Policy

• Outside of the Live Animal Guarantee, there are no refund, exchange or store credit options available.  

Age Restrictions

• All purchases must be made by persons of 18 years or older.

Venom Restriction

• No sales of scorpions with a venom level of 3 or higher will be shipped to any address within the state of FL.
